What can I return?

How to start a return
- Visit our Returns & Claims Portal.
- Enter the email address or order number used at checkout.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit the request.
- If your return is approved, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to return your item(s).
Returns
- Once your return is approved, package all items included in your return request. You may either print the prepaid shipping label attached to your confirmation email or use the provided QR code at any USPS location. Please ensure the package is dropped off at a USPS post office within 10 days, before the return label expires.
- Added Redo Free Returns & Package Protection at checkout? Approved returns on those orders come with a pre-paid return label at no cost to you.
- Please note that products purchased from a retail store or online retailer are subject to the returns and exchange policies of that location.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed after your return is received. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to come through to your payment provider after we receive your item.
- Shout! Factory will refund the full purchase amount (including applicable sales tax but excluding shipping and handling fees). We regret that we are unable to refund any shipping and handling charges unless the return is a result of our error. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return item(s) and it is highly recommended that a service that utilizes delivery confirmation be contracted. Please note that Shout! Factory cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while being shipped for return or exchange. For items lost or damaged while being returned, please contact your carrier directly.
- Items cannot be returned for exchange of a different item. Returns will only be authorized for a refund to the original payment method or issued as store credit. Refunds can only be processed in one of these forms and only to the original purchaser.
