Shout customers can now add third-party insurance with Route Package and Shipping Protection to their order. Route will also track the progress of your order and communicate directly with you.

When customers use Route on an order, packages associated with that order are insured from loss, shipping damage, and theft. 

If you used Route insurance and had an issue, you can report an issue with Route through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com
